Terms of use
These terms cover the public website and, unless a signed order says otherwise, the Smart Queue application. A paid hospital deployment may be confirmed by email or a separate order. If that order conflicts with this page, the order wins for that hospital.
The product
Smart Queue is browser-based queue software for hospital and clinic OPDs. It issues digital tokens and keeps reception, doctor, patient and manager views in sync. It is not an electronic medical record, a billing system, or a substitute for clinical judgement.
Accounts and access
Each hospital receives a hospital code and role PINs. The hospital is responsible for who knows those PINs and for the accuracy of patient details entered at reception. Do not share manager access beyond staff who should see visit history.
Acceptable use
- Use the software only for the hospital or clinic that holds the account.
- Do not probe another hospital’s code or attempt to cross the isolation boundary.
- Do not use the public demo screens to store real patient records if you have not been issued a hospital account.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available through ordinary clinic hours. This public page does not promise a numbered uptime SLA. If your floor cannot operate without a written SLA, raise that on the demo and we will say yes or no before you depend on it.
Fees
Website demos are free. Paid plans are quoted for clinic, hospital OPD or multi-site use. Work starts when both sides agree the scope and fee in writing.
Illustrations on the website
Doctor names, token numbers and wait times on the marketing page are product illustrations. They are not a live feed from a named hospital.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Smart Queue is not liable for clinical outcomes, missed consultations, or decisions made from a wait estimate. Wait estimates are operational aids, not guarantees.
